Water Totters
Water totters will be coming back for its second season to provide youngsters with the opportunity to begin to swim! Water totters is a beginning swim class catered towards youngsters to help them get the feel for the water and learn the basics for a potential swimming future. Water totters is for children ages 3-6 that have no prior swim backgrounds. Water totters teaches floats, kicks, breathing techniques and implements games to promote overall comfort in the water. Water totters will be held in three different two week sessions at the wading pool at the Atascadero Lake Park, a pool that provides swimming newbie’s with the comfort of being able to touch the bottom. Class runs from 4:30-4:50 Monday-Thursday and provides participants with free time in the pool.
